Third FEMA Flood Map Open House

            The third Open House for the public to view the new preliminary flood maps for St. Tammany Parish has been scheduled for Tuesday, December 16, from 12 to 6 pm.  The Open House will take place at the Slidell office of the St. Tammany Parish Permits Department, located at 61134 Military Road.

Representatives from FEMA as well as the St. Tammany Parish Department of Permits will be on hand to answer any questions regarding the flood maps.  The hours are designed to accommodate a variety of working hours for the public.  The maps are the preliminary maps released by FEMA, and affect several areas within St. Tammany Parish.
