I-12, St. Tammany Parish, Lane Closure,

There will be a ramp closure of the I-12 Westbound Off Ramp to Hwy. 11 (Exit 83), and a lane closure of the outside (right) Westbound lane on I-12, between milepost 84.8 and 82.7 (Robert Road overpass to the Vincent Bayou Bridge) on Saturday night, August 4, 2012, from 8:00 PM to 12:00 noon on Sunday, August 5, 2012, and Sunday night, August 5, 2012, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Monday morning, August 6, 2012, while crews overlay the existing bridge (weather permitting).  One lane of traffic will be open on I-12 Westbound at all times.

Permit/Detour Section

Emergency vehicles will have access.

During the construction, to avoid the lane closure, westbound motorists may take I-10 to US 190 (Gause Boulevard), East on US 190 to LA 434 (Lacombe), North on LA 434 to I-12.
