NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Department of Procurement, until 2:00 p.m., July 17, 2019, and then opened and read publicly at that time by the Procurement Staff for the following project: 

Bid # 19-28-2 - Legardeur Dr & Legardeur Dr Drainage

Each paper bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope.  The outside of the envelope shall show the Name and Address of the Bidder, the State Contractor’s License Number of the Bidder (if the work is estimated at $50k or more), the Project Name and the Bid Number.

Specifications may be obtained from the St. Tammany Parish Government Department of Procurement, 21454 Koop Dr., Suite 2F, Mandeville LA. 70471, at a cost of $30.00 per set or at www.bidexpress.com

Complete bidding documents may be obtained upon making a deposit of $30.00 for each set of documents.  Deposits on the first set of documents furnished bona fide prime bidders will be fully refunded upon return of the documents in complete and good condition no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids.  On other sets of documents furnished to bidders, 50% of the deposit is refundable upon return of the documents in complete and good condition no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids.

                                                                                    St. Tammany Parish Government is seeking responses for the following project:

RFP# 19-02-3 - CAA-CSBG Request for Services

Responses will be received by the Department of Procurement, until 2:00 p.m. CST Thursday, July 11, 2019.  RFP responses will be opened publicly at the physical location as stated in Section 1.4 of the RFP documents and only respondents who have submitted an RFP response shall be identified aloud.  Prices shall not be read.  Each response will be evaluated by designated Parish personnel after the submission deadline and public opening has passed.
