Sealed quotes will be received by the Department of Procurement, until 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 25, 2019, and then opened at that time by the Procurement Staff for the following project:

Quote # 19-36-1 – Lakefront Pump Station Elevated Platform

Each Quote must be sealed.  The outside of the envelope, box or package should be marked with  the Name and Address of the Quoter, the State Contractor’s License Number of the Quoter (if the work is estimated at $50k or more), the Quote Request Name, the Quote Request Number, and the Quote Due Date. Quotes without this information may be deemed non-responsive.

                                                                                                            NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS                                                             

                                                                                        St. Tammany Parish Government is seeking responses for the following project:

RFP# 19-04-3 - Residential Wastewater Disposal Improvements for Septic Tank and Individual Treatment Plant Systems

Responses will be received by the Department of Procurement, until 2:00 p.m. CST Thursday, November 7, 2019.  RFP responses will be opened publicly at the physical location as stated in Section 1.4 of the RFP documents and only respondents who have submitted an RFP response shall be identified aloud.  Prices shall not be read.  Each response will be evaluated by designated Parish personnel after the submission deadline and public opening has passed.

Each Proposal must be sealed. The outside of the envelope, box or package should be marked with the Proposer’s Name and Address, the Proposal Name, the RFP #, and the Proposal Opening Date. 

The successful Respondent must supply St. Tammany Parish Government with all required documentation as specified in the RFP documents.  Said Respondent must also be in Good Standing and licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana.

October Council Meeting Will Start Later Due to Early Voting

The October 3, 2019, St. Tammany Parish Council meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. instead of the regular start time of 6 p.m., to allow time for the Registrar of Voters to secure early voting equipment. Early voting hours are from 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. Meeting attendees may have a short wait time to enter into chambers.

In addition, Ord. Cal. No. 6066AA, originally postponed until the November meeting, is now scheduled for a vote on the October agenda.

Sealed bids will be received by the Department of Procurement, until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 24, 2019, and then opened and read publicly at that time by the Procurement Staff for the following project:

Complete bidding documents may be obtained upon making a deposit of $30.00 for each set of documents.  Deposits on the first set of documents furnished bona fide prime bidders will be fully refunded upon return of the documents in complete and good condition no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids.  On other sets of documents furnished to bidders, 50% of the deposit is refundable upon return of the documents in complete and good condition no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids.
