NOTICE OF QUOTE REQUEST

                                                                                 

Sealed quotes will be received by the Department of Procurement, until 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 20, 2019, and then opened at that time by the Procurement Staff for the following project:

Quote # 19-51-1 – S. Ferry Lake Ct Drainage Repair

Each Quote must be sealed.  The outside of the envelope, box or package should be marked with  the Name and Address of the Quoter, the State Contractor’s License Number of the Quoter (if the work is estimated at $50k or more), the Quote Request Name, the Quote Request Number, and the Quote Due Date. Quotes without this information may be deemed non-responsive.

Quotes will be received by the St. Tammany Parish Government Department of Procurement, 21454 Koop Dr., Suite 2F, Mandeville LA. 70471.  Telephone number (985) 898-2520.  The Parish reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities.

Each paper bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope.  The outside of the envelope shall show the Name and Address of the Bidder, the State Contractor’s License Number of the Bidder (if the work is estimated at $50k or more), the Project Name and the Bid Number.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the St. Tammany Parish Government, 21490 Koop Drive, Building B, 3rd Floor Conference Room, Mandeville, LA 70433 at 2:00 P.M. CST on Friday, December 13, 2019.

District 11 Monthly Meeting - November

The November meeting for Parish Council District 11 constituents will be held on Wednesday, November 6th at 7:00 PM in the library of the Bayou Woods Elementary school located off Carroll Road.

The following items will be discussed:

1. A public hearing on an Ordinance to adopt the 2020 Operating Budget

2. A public hearing on an Ordinance to establish the 2020-2024 Capital Improvement Budget and Capital Assets

3. Introduction of Ordinances to adopt the Operating Budget and the Capital Improvement Budget and Capital Assets

4. An Ordinance for introduction to amend the Code of Ordinances, St. Tammany Parish, Chapter 26 to provide for enforcement by the Justice of the Peace courts and Constables.

5. An Ordinance for introduction to create prospective precincts, change the configuration, boundaries or designations of its election precincts in accordance with Louisiana revised statues 18:532 and 18:4532.1.

6. A Resolution naming Laporte, APAC, as the Audit Firm for the fiscal year 2019

7. An Ordinance for adoption to amend precinct boundary legal descriptions within St. Tammany Parish to comply with the Louisiana Secretary of State's Office Regulations

8. Any other items of interest or concern for District 11 constituents.

The November 7, 2019, St. Tammany Parish Council meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. instead of the regular start time of 6 p.m., to allow time for the Registrar of Voters to secure early voting equipment. Early voting hours are from 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. Meeting attendees may have a short wait time to enter into chambers.
