THE FOLLOWING MEETINGS WILL BE HELD IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE PARISH  GOVERNMENT  COMPLEX,  21490  
KOOP  DRIVE,  OFF  HIGHWAY  59, MANDEVILLE, LOUISIANA:

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2020 AT 6:00PM

 

NOTE:  All meetings will be open to the public but seating may be restricted due to COVID-19 capacity guidelines. Attendees will be required to wear face masks or coverings and will be required to submit to a temperature check before entering the Council Chambers.

The St. Tammany Parish Council will conduct the above meetings in the Council Chambers. The livestreams will be available for viewing on regular broadcast channels (Charter Channel 710; U-verse Channel 99) or on the Parish website: www.stpgov.org. The livestream will begin at 6:00 PM on Thursday, November 5, 2020 for the Regular Council Meeting.

On Tuesday, November 17, 2020 the livestream will begin at 6:00 PM for the Special Council Meeting. The Agenda Packets will be available on the Parish website.

Registrar of Voters Public Service Announcement: Close of Books

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

 

M. Dwayne Wall, Registrar of Voters, announces the last day to register to vote in-person for the December 5, 2020 General Election is Wednesday, November 4, 2020.  Anyone interested in registering to vote in person will need Identification with a parish address.  Office hours on that day will be 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. The Slidell Office will be closed for lunch from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M.  If registering to vote online through Geaux Vote Online Registration, the last day is Saturday, November 14, 2020.  The Covington office is located at 601 N. Jefferson Ave., and the Slidell Office is located at 520 Old Spanish Trail Suit 2F.  In addition, all mail registration applications must be received or postmarked by November 4, 2020.

               NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS                              

St. Tammany Parish is seeking responses for the following project:

RFQ# 20-4-4 – 2021 Veterinary Services

Responses will be received by the Department of Procurement, until 2:00pm CST Thursday, November 12, 2020.  RFQ responses will be opened publicly at the physical location as identified in Section 1.4 of the RFQ documents and only respondents who have submitted an RFQ response shall be identified aloud.  Prices shall not be read. Each response will be evaluated by designated Parish personnel after the submission deadline and public opening has passed.

Each Proposal must be sealed. The outside of the envelope, box or package should be marked with the Proposer’s Name and Address, the Proposal Name, the RFQ #, and the Proposal Opening Date. 

The successful Respondent must supply St. Tammany Parish Government with all required documentation as specified in the RFQ documents.  Said Respondent must also be in Good Standing and licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana.
