Sealed quotes will be received by the Department of Procurement, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 14, 2017 and then opened at that time by the Procurement Staff for the following project:
Quote #323-00-17-05-1 – Safe Haven Facility Maintenance & Improvements- Quad B Bathroom Renovation
Each Quote must be sealed. The outside of the envelope, box or package should be marked with the Name and Address of the Quoter, the State Contractor’s License Number of the Quoter (if the work is estimated at $50k or more), the Quote Request Name, the Quote Request Number, and the Quote Due Date. Quotes without this information may be deemed non-responsive.

NOTICEOF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS                                                                

St. Tammany Parish Government is seeking responses for the following project:

RFP# 622-10-17-03-3- – Environmental Compliance

Responses will be received by the Department of Procurement, until 2:00 p.m. CST Tuesday, March 7, 2017.  RFP responses will be opened publicly at the physical location as stated in Section 1.4 of the RFP documents and only respondents who have submitted an RFP response shall be identified aloud.  Prices shall not be read.  Each response will be evaluated by designated Parish personnel after the submission deadline and public opening has passed.

Each Proposal must be sealed. The outside of the envelope, box or package should be marked with the Proposer’s Name and Address, the Proposal Name, the RFP #, and the Proposal Opening Date.  Proposals without this information may be deemed non-responsive.
